Our Frantic Search |

In this troubled life we live Of one thing I am sure We very seldom seem to find Just what we're looking for.
How many of us stop to think What life is all about? Maybe in our frantic search We leave the best things out.
We oft' forget the little things We can reach right out and touch Yes, that would be too simple When we're reaching for so much.
We want all that life can give The sun, the moon, the stars We overlook the happiness That could easily be ours.
We look for this --- we look for that So we can really live But neglect to look inside our heart To see what we might give.
If we'd but open up our minds And take a look around We'd find the things we seek, right here Just waiting to be found.
