As I Travel The Road Of Life

SECTION 2 SECTION 3 SECTION 4 |
Each sad and lonely soul I wish I could reach out and help Each person find their goal.
My heart knows much of loneliness I've experienced much of life I've seen the good, the bad, the sad Felt hopelessness and strife.
As I travel along this road of life Seeing troubles. doubts. and fears My heart cries out to those who dwell In a world of hurt and tears.
Some have turned to alcohol To ease their troubled mind Some take drugs to turn them on But no happiness they find.
They've lost their faith in humanity They've lost their will to fight They suffer hell right here on earth Dear God, this can't be right.
If I could reach just one lost soul Lighten just one heavy load I'd feel a little more worthwhile As I travel down life's road.
